Interested person can fill form online at www.vitaindia.org.in and send printed application to respective Milk Union along with Rs. 500 Processing fees.

Applicant should own place in a feasible location for selling Vita products.
Booth will be alloted through interview by the screening committee.
Supply shall be given through Vita distributors of Concerened Milk unions on cash and carry basis.
The booth structure and other operational expenditure (including electricity & water bill) shall be borne by the applicant.
Security deposit Rs 5,000/- (refundable) for Households/Small Entrepreneurs. Security deposit Rs 10,000/- (refundable) for Person with Own Land & Processing Fees Rs 500/- (non-refundable).
